Make a countdown

Set a title and a date. You get a link to embed on any Notion page. The date lives in the link itself, so it is yours to change any time, with no account and no sign-in.

The countdown runs on the clock of whoever is looking at it. A date with no time set counts down to midnight.

Your embed link

In Notion, click an empty line and type /embed.
Paste the link, then press Embed.
Drag the bottom edge of the block to set its height.

Everything the countdown shows is part of the link, so changing it means a new link rather than a setting inside Notion. Come back here, build the one you want, then hover the block in your Codex, click ⠿ → Edit, and paste the new link over the old address.
